Some NOL World shows need ID verification
NOL World (formerly Interpark Global) sells some shows to verified members only. For those, you verify once per account with your passport and a face photo, and each passport can only be linked to one account. Travelers say email support can be slow to reply.
- Make your NOL World account early.
- Finish passport and selfie verification well before tickets go on sale.
- Booking fee: 8,000 won for concerts and musicals (9,000 won from 16 Nov 2026, 9:00 KST), 3,000 won for other shows and sports.
- NOL World's terms allow it to ask for phone, real-name or biometric verification.
- You can sign up with email, Google, Apple or LINE. A third-party guide says a Korean number doesn't seem to be needed, but we haven't seen official wording on that.
